Open de España 2011: Who Is the Winner?

Open de España is one of the oldest European golf tournaments. It is always a great event in the world of European golf. This year tournament was not an exception.

The championship is quite tough due to the course which is rather lengthy (6,529 meters). This year hero was the winner of the tournament, Thomas Aiken from Southern Africa. He was two steps ahead throughout the entire championship. Aiken scored ten under bar, which was impressive. I think this win will not become the topic of research papers writing at a business writing service on golf, but, in my opinion, it was a kind of message for most renowned golfers of our times: a new champion is already in the house. Of course, I am not much of an expert in golf, but Aiken’s performance was really stunning. He was so precise and deliberate. Apart from the remarkable play of Aiken it is possible to note that the rest of golfers were also good. For instance, Anders Hansen from Denmark scored eight under par. This result allowed him to take the second prize . I would also point out that Spanish golfer Pablo Larrazábal performed very well. He scored seven under par. Thus, it is possible to claim that the championship was pleasant to watch since the competitors managed to perform perfectly well. Moreover, some strokes can be regarded as a great illustration of the beauty of golf.
